Delivery and returns

DELIVERY AND DEADLINES

We deliver everywhere in France and Europe* via La Poste Colissimo and Mondial Relay. The choice of destination and carrier is made when entering the delivery address before validation of your order.

The average time after shipment is 3 to 5 working days in France and 5 to 10 days in Europe, but may be extended in the event of heavy traffic or in the event of events over which Regalyaz has no control . Regalyaz is in no way responsible for any problems that may occur during delivery.

*In the case of delivery outside mainland France, customs fees may be applied.

RETURNS

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return the items to us and be reimbursed. Beyond this period, no returns will be accepted. The return request is made via your customer account.

Return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Returned products must be sent back in their original condition. In the event of a scratched, damaged or modified Product, Regalyaz reserves the legal right to refuse your return and no refund will be made.

Refunds are generally made within 15 days of receipt of your return, via the same payment method as that used during your purchase.

Submit a return request via customer account:

1. Log in to your account

3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

4. Return to the online store, then enter a six-digit verification code.

5. Click on the order for which you wish to request the return.

6. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.

7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

8. Click **Request a return**. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
